Physical and Chemical Properties：

Light yellow to light brown liquid, sweet lemon and herb aroma. Miscible in benzyl benzoate, diethyl phthalate, vegetable oil and propylene glycol, insoluble in glycerol and water, the East Indian type is easily dissolved in ethanol, but the West Indian type can produce turbidity. Partial destruction can occur under alkaline conditions, and inorganic acids can be polymerized and stabilized against weak organic acids. 

Use：Used as a flavoring agent, aroma flavoring agent
