Sesame oil flavor is an additive designed to imitate the unique flavor of sesame oil.

It is usually made from a mixture of various flavouring ingredients, including but not limited to some esters, aldehydes, alcohols and ketones.  The proportions and types of these ingredients are carefully blended to approximate the aroma and flavor characteristics of sesame oil.

• Aroma: The main aroma components of sesame oil essence include some aldehydes, ketones, esters and alcohols, and its aroma is characterized by a strong nut aroma, baking aroma and oil aroma complex.

• Recommended dosage: 0.1%-0.5% (Depending on The Specific Product)
