Distillation, CO2 extraction, cold-pressing and refining all happen under one roof at our Xi’an facility — the same site that houses our QC laboratories, blending suites and packaging lines. That vertical integration is why lead times stay short, why custom grades ship with real chromatograms, and why OEM / ODM programs scale from bench sample to full container without changing hands.

Quality System
Production runs under GMP and HACCP food-safety management. Every lot is released only after GC / GC-MS assay, refractive index, specific gravity, optical rotation and sensory panel pass specification. Retained samples are archived for two years. Certificates on file include SC, KOSHER and HALAL for applicable SKUs, with EU REACH documentation for European programs.
OEM / ODM Programs
- Private-label oils. Your brand on our standard range — relabeling, custom pack sizes and artwork support from 25 kg.
- Custom distillation. Target a marker profile or chemotype; we source the botanical lot and distill to your specification with pre-production samples.
- Custom blends & dilutions. Essential-oil accords, carrier-oil blends, pre-diluted actives and water-soluble systems developed with bench rounds before scale-up.
- Toll processing. Distillation, fractionation and blending on your raw material, with full lot documentation.
Packaging & Logistics
Packaging is flexible: 1 kg aluminum sample bottles, 5 kg / 25 kg HDPE, 50 kg, and 180–200 kg steel drums, with nitrogen-blanketing for oxidation-sensitive oils. Export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, customs declarations — is standard on every shipment, and our team books sea, air and courier freight to your door or port.
Every batch, verified
Each lot is tested in-house by GC-MS against reference standards. COA, allergen and regulatory documentation ship with every drum — before it leaves our floor.
Lead Times
- In-stock single oils: 3–5 working days
- Custom distillation / OEM campaigns: 10–20 days depending on botanical availability
- Water-soluble & blend development: bench samples in 10–15 days, scale-up on approval
